Last Updated: 20 January 2026

Welcome to Alvora. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Alvora.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any service provided through the website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them, together with our applicable Shipping Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. About Alvora

Alvora is an online retail business operated by Alvora Enterprise.

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the terms “Alvora,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Alvora Enterprise, while “customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to the person accessing the website or placing an order.

2. Eligibility

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • The information provided by you is accurate and complete;

  • You are legally capable of entering into a transaction;

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided;

  • The delivery information supplied by you is accurate; and

  • You will comply with applicable laws while using our website.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices and other information displayed on the website are accurate.

However, minor variations in colour, appearance, packaging, dimensions or other non-material characteristics may occur due to manufacturing variations, lighting, photography, display settings or packaging updates.

Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute a defect or material discrepancy.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

The display of a product on the website does not guarantee that the product will remain available until an order is successfully processed.

In exceptional circumstances, an order may need to be cancelled where a product becomes unavailable, cannot be supplied, or an error has occurred in the product listing.

Where cancellation is initiated by Alvora for such reasons, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.

5. Prices

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

The price applicable to an order is generally the price displayed and accepted at the time the order is successfully placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors and applicable law.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts or promotional benefits will be displayed where applicable.

6. Payment Methods

Alvora may provide different payment options, including:

Prepaid

The prepaid offer may include:

₹100 OFF + FREE SHIPPING

The exact promotional terms applicable to an order will be those displayed at checkout when the order is placed.

Partial COD

The Partial COD option requires:

₹199 advance + FREE SHIPPING

The remaining eligible amount is payable upon successful delivery.

The ₹199 advance may be applied towards applicable shipping, RTO, handling and other reasonable logistics costs where the order is cancelled after dispatch, refused, not accepted or otherwise returned due to circumstances attributable to the customer.

COD

The standard COD option may carry a:

₹149 shipping charge

unless a different charge or promotional offer is displayed at checkout.

7. Order Placement Does Not Guarantee Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee that Alvora will accept or dispatch the order.

We may verify an order before dispatch, particularly where reasonable verification is required for COD, Partial COD or fraud-prevention purposes.

An order may be cancelled or declined where reasonably necessary because of:

  • Product unavailability;

  • Incorrect pricing or listing information;

  • Suspected fraudulent or abusive activity;

  • Incomplete or unverifiable information;

  • Repeated failed deliveries;

  • Payment issues;

  • Delivery restrictions; or

  • Other legitimate operational reasons,

subject to applicable law.

8. Order Verification

For certain orders, Alvora may contact the customer through the provided telephone number, SMS, WhatsApp, email or another appropriate communication channel for order confirmation or verification.

If the customer cannot reasonably be reached or the information required to process the order cannot be verified, Alvora may delay, hold or cancel the order where reasonably necessary and subject to applicable law.

9. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing accurate:

  • Name;

  • Mobile number;

  • Email address, where required;

  • Delivery address;

  • PIN code; and

  • Other information necessary for successful delivery.

Alvora shall not be responsible for failed delivery resulting from incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

10. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been processed, packed or dispatched, cancellation may not always be possible.

Where a customer requests cancellation after dispatch and the shipment subsequently incurs shipping, RTO, handling or other logistics costs because of circumstances attributable to the customer, such reasonable costs actually incurred may be recovered or deducted from any otherwise eligible refund, subject to applicable law.

Further details are provided in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

11. Partial COD Advance

The ₹199 Partial COD advance is collected before dispatch as part of the payment arrangement.

If a Partial COD order is cancelled before dispatch, the circumstances will be reviewed in accordance with the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

If the shipment has already been dispatched and the customer subsequently refuses delivery, fails to accept the shipment, remains unavailable, provides incorrect delivery information, or otherwise causes the shipment to be returned, the ₹199 advance may be appropriated towards applicable shipping, RTO, handling and other reasonable logistics costs actually incurred.

Where the applicable costs equal or exceed the ₹199 advance, no separate refund of that advance will be payable, subject to applicable law.

12. Prepaid Orders and Failed Delivery

Prepaid orders may receive promotional free shipping.

If a prepaid shipment is subsequently refused, not accepted or returned due to circumstances attributable to the customer, applicable shipping, RTO, handling and other reasonable logistics costs actually incurred may be deducted from any otherwise eligible refund, subject to applicable law.

13. COD Orders and Failed Delivery

Where a COD order is refused or otherwise returned due to circumstances attributable to the customer, the applicable shipping and logistics costs may be non-refundable or may be recovered to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Repeated refusal of COD shipments may result in COD availability being restricted for future orders.

14. Promotional Offers

Promotional offers may be subject to specific eligibility conditions, validity periods, product restrictions, minimum order values, payment-method requirements or other conditions displayed with the offer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • Offers cannot necessarily be combined;

  • An offer may not be transferred to another customer; and

  • Alvora may withdraw or modify an offer before an order is placed.

Once an order has been successfully accepted, the applicable promotional terms for that order will generally remain subject to the terms displayed at the time of purchase and applicable law.

15. Refunds and Returns

Refunds and returns are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy and any product-specific terms displayed at the time of purchase.

Where applicable, refunds may be reduced by reasonable shipping, RTO, handling or other logistics costs actually incurred because of circumstances attributable to the customer.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any statutory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product is defective, damaged or materially different from the product ordered, the customer should contact Alvora promptly with the relevant order details and supporting information.

Depending on the circumstances, the available remedy may include replacement, repair, refund or another appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law and the applicable product policy.

17. Prohibited Use

Customers must not use the website:

  • For unlawful purposes;

  • To commit fraud;

  • To submit knowingly false information;

  • In any manner that may damage or disrupt the website or its services.

18. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, product presentation, design elements and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Alvora and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No part of the website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially exploited without appropriate authorization.

19. Third-Party Services

Alvora may use third-party service providers for payment processing, shipping, logistics, website functionality, analytics, communication and other operational purposes.

Use of such third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

Alvora is not responsible for independent acts or omissions of third-party service providers beyond its reasonable control.

20. Website Availability

We aim to maintain continuous availability of the website but do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, hosting issues, security events, network problems or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Alvora shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of the website or delay in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability or consumer remedies where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

22. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

Alvora shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, civil disturbances, technical failures, epidemics or other extraordinary circumstances.

We will make reasonable efforts to minimize the effect of such circumstances.

23. Fraud Prevention and Order Restrictions

Alvora may take reasonable measures to protect customers and the business from fraudulent, abusive or suspicious transactions.

This may include additional order verification, restricting COD or Partial COD availability, cancelling suspicious orders, or limiting promotional benefits.

Such measures will be implemented subject to applicable law and legitimate consumer rights.

24. Privacy

Information submitted by customers is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using the website, customers acknowledge that information necessary to process orders, payments, delivery and customer support may be shared with relevant service providers where reasonably necessary for fulfilling the transaction and providing the requested services.

25. Changes to These Terms

Alvora may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, legal requirements or operational procedures.

The updated version will be published on the website with the applicable revision date.

Changes will not retrospectively alter rights or obligations where such alteration is prohibited by applicable law.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary to make it lawful where possible, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

27. No Waiver

Failure by Alvora to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions on one occasion shall not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision or prevent Alvora from enforcing it in the future, subject to applicable law.

28. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the applicable Shipping Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and any specific terms displayed at checkout or for a particular product or promotional offer, constitute the terms applicable to the customer's use of the website and purchase of products, subject to applicable law.

Where a mandatory statutory provision conflicts with a provision of these terms, the mandatory statutory provision shall prevail.

29. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent authorities and courts as determined under applicable law.

Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from exercising any statutory right to approach a competent consumer forum, authority or other legally available dispute-resolution mechanism.
